This is a list of the characters you can use in Mission Mode. Each has their own distinct advantages and disadvantages when using them.

Contents

Xemnas

Xigbar

Xaldin

Vexen

Lexaeus

Lexaeus is a beast. He's pretty much a walking tank. He's got the highest HP and Attack of anybody else, but that comes with some drawbacks. First off, he's slow. Doesn't seem too bad at first, but it becomes noticeable. Secondly, his Magic is rock bottom, so you won't be using a lot of it with Lexaeus. But, he packs a mean punch, and deals some massive damage to bosses or anything else he happens to hit. However, Lexaeus will have trouble with things that move much faster than he does.

Zexion

Zexion is a bit of an odd character. I say that since he's primarily magic-based, and can't attack for crap. However, his Magic is pretty high, making him the go-to guy for using magic.

Saix

Axel

Demyx

Luxord

Marluxia

Larxene

Roxas

The most balanced character, and the one you play as in Story Mode. There's not much to say other than if you've played KH before or played through story mode, you know what to expect with Roxas.

Xion

Unlocked during the story. For all intents and purposes, Xion's pretty much a female Roxas. Same stats, moves, and Limit Break.

Riku

Unlocked during the story.

Goofy

Unlocked during the story.

Donald

Unlocked during the story towards the end.

King Mickey

Unlocked after beating the game. Must buy The King's Return in the shop to unlock.

Sora

Unlocked after beating the game. Must complete all missions 100% and buy an item in the shop to unlock.
